FCA reserves all rights to its materials.

 

Subscriptions for Prayers of the Faithful, or General Intercessions, may be purchased by individuals or communities (i.e., parishes, schools, campus ministries, etc.)  Individual or PERSONAL subscribers are authorized to use the Prayers of the Faithful (General Intercessions) in any setting where the subscriber ministers or prays.  If the person moves from one community to another, the subscription goes with that person.  COMMUNITY subscriptions belong to the subscribing community and may be used only within that community, including parish school and organizations, and associated or mission churches and congregations sharing the same pastor.  In the ever-changing world of parish configurations, feel welcome to contact FCA if you are unsure of your “associated” status according to our definition.

 

Trial Subscribers may use their free trial at their discretion for personal use or within a community of worship.

 

In all cases, except as described above, intercessions may not be reproduced or published in any other format or for any other reason except with the specific written approval of FCA Ministry.  This includes, but is not restricted to, assembly worship aids or the subscriber’s website.  Any FCA material adapted but still recognizable as being based on FCA work is also included in this restriction.

 

 

DISCLAIMER:  FCA Ministry will work with subscribers to assure that Prayers of the Faithful (General Intercessions) are delivered in a timely manner, as represented.  However, FCA will not be responsible when unable to deliver intercessions due to (1) failure or incompatibility of receiver's hardware or software, (2) blocking by subscriber’s (or their provider’s) spam filters, or (3) any Internet Service Provider's failure to deliver service.
